Gates of Olympus Review: Tumbles and Feature Multipliers

Gates of Olympus is a Pragmatic Play slot with matching-symbol counts and tumbling replacements. This page explains the original slot’s multiplier feature for Canadian readers. Gates of Olympus 1000, 2500, POP and the roulette game are distinct products with separate specifications.

Symbols Pay Anywhere

The original evaluates matching regular symbols across six reels rather than requiring a fixed payline. Pragmatic Play’s current product page describes eight or more matching symbols as qualifying for an award. Their positions need not form a touching cluster.

Qualifying symbols are replaced during a tumble sequence. Further matches can produce additional awards within the round. A sequence remains subject to the game’s termination and maximum-win rules; it should not be described as unlimited merely because consecutive matches can occur.

Base-Game Multipliers

The publisher describes random multiplier symbols of up to 500x in the original base game and free spins. Multiple applicable values are added under the feature rules, rather than multiplied by each other. A multiplier symbol is not automatically a cash award if there is no qualifying win to multiply.

Free Spins and the Running Total

Four or more scatters trigger fifteen free spins in the original product description. During the feature, multiplier symbols on qualifying winning spins contribute to a running multiplier total. That total persists within the feature and is applied when the relevant conditions are met. It does not mean every later non-paying spin becomes a win.

For a simplified arithmetic example, a stored 8x total plus a new qualifying 2x value makes 10x. Applied to a C$0.50 eligible tumble award, that would produce C$5. This example does not describe the chance of reaching that feature state. Check the help screen for retriggers, reset conditions and the payout cap.

Configured Return and Additional Costs

Use the exact version’s RTP disclosure rather than a percentage copied from another service. A volatility label is not a promise that losses are followed by a large return, and this page does not claim a measured hit frequency.
