Welcome Bonus Terms: Matching, Caps and Eligibility
A welcome bonus is an introductory promotion defined by a service’s written terms. This page explains the terminology for Canadian readers. WinnerOnline does not provide a welcome offer, promotional code or operator sign-up link.
How a Deposit Match Is Calculated
A hypothetical 100% match up to C$100 would add C$40 in bonus credit to an eligible C$40 deposit, or reach the C$100 bonus cap with an eligible C$100 deposit. Depositing C$200 would not make the bonus C$200 when the cap is C$100. This arithmetic says nothing about whether that credit can be withdrawn.
A package described across several deposits may split the advertised maximum into separate stages. Each stage can have its own percentage, cap, minimum and deadline. The combined headline is not necessarily awarded on the first transaction.
New-Account Eligibility
Terms can define eligibility by person, household, payment method or previous account history. “New customer” is not established merely by using a new email address. Provincial availability and required verification must be read in the actual terms; this guide does not confirm any current offer.
Balance Rules After a Claim
Read which balance is used first, whether a withdrawal cancels remaining bonus credit, and what happens to associated winnings. The bonus-terms overview explains wagering bases and contribution rates. A high match percentage cannot be assessed without those conditions.
Expiry and Maximum Withdrawals
The deadline for claiming an offer may differ from the deadline for completing its conditions. A withdrawal cap, excluded games or stake limit can also affect the result. Preserve the dated terms rather than relying on a banner or a summary that omits these restrictions.

A reload bonus relates to later activity, while no-deposit wording describes a different qualification condition. Neither is a promise of profit. If gambling or promotional pressure is causing concern, consult our Canadian support information.
