Cashback Bonus Terms: Loss Calculations, Caps and Credits
A gambling cashback label usually refers to a partial return calculated under specified conditions. It is not the same as a purchase refund or protection against losses. WinnerOnline does not offer cashback, operate a rewards scheme or publish promotional claim links.
Define the Eligible Loss First
The terms must identify the period, included games and definition of loss. Total losing bets are different from net losses after winning returns. Deposits minus withdrawals are also not necessarily the same as game losses, especially when an opening or closing account balance exists.
For a hypothetical period with C$300 in stakes and C$240 returned, the net game loss is C$60. A 10% rebate on that defined loss would be C$6 before any other conditions. It would not be C$30 simply because total stakes were C$300. This is an arithmetic example, not an available offer.
Caps and Qualification Thresholds
A maximum rebate limits the credit even when the percentage calculation gives a higher amount. A minimum qualifying loss or a tiered rate introduces other conditions. Increasing spending to reach a threshold can create additional losses larger than the eventual rebate.
Cash or Restricted Credit
Read whether the result is withdrawable cash, bonus funds or another allocation. Restricted credit can have its own wagering and expiry rules. A scheduled credit date does not necessarily mean the funds can be withdrawn on that date.
Period Boundaries and Records
Check the start and end time, time zone, treatment of unfinished rounds and whether other promotions affect the calculation. A calendar-day label without a time zone can be ambiguous for readers across Canada. Keep the relevant activity record and the dated terms if the calculation is disputed.
Cashback Does Not Restore the Full Loss
In the C$60-loss example, a C$6 unrestricted rebate would still leave C$54 lost. Further play can add new losses. Compare reload terminology and VIP reward conditions, and see Canadian support resources if reward pressure is making it difficult to stop.
