WinnerOnline does not add a separate reader fee for following an affiliate link. The destination may have its own charges, eligibility conditions and terms. A headline offer is not a guarantee of value, profit or a withdrawable payment.

What an affiliate link does not establish

A commercial relationship does not prove that a provider is authorised to offer a particular service in New Zealand. It does not guarantee payment, security, fairness or suitability. An overseas licence is not a substitute for checking New Zealand requirements.

The Department of Internal Affairs’ guidance for advertisers explains the restrictions on online casino advertising and the staged licensing framework. As checked on 29 September 2026, DIA states that the advertising prohibition is in effect. An affiliate disclosure does not make otherwise prohibited advertising permissible.
