Understanding the Third Card Rule is key to following the high-speed action of modern baccarat. Whether you are playing the classic Punto Banco or a “No Commission” variant, the drawing rules remain the same. These rules are applied in a specific order: first to the Player hand, and then\u2014depending on the Player’s result\u2014to the Banker hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Player\u2019s Third Card Rule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Player hand is always the first to be evaluated. It is the simpler of the two hands to track because its action is based entirely on its own two-card total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
